All Stars!

First up I have to give a shout out to my son Mitchell for making All Stars for basketball this year... we are over the moon for him! Of course with this comes LOTS more practice and games... just when I thought we would get some time off before baseball/track starts... uh uh, not so much! His coach last night said "oh yeah we have signed these boys up for every tournament we can get them into, we have at least 4 so far!"... (great, insert eye rolling here)... sigh as much as I am just excited about it, it's just non stop I swear! His games this week are 30 minutes away and at 8PM at night... we are having VERY long nights around here and the short ones are needing their sleep!

anywho.. onto crafty things.
We were sponsored by the amazing Papertrey Ink last week over at CPS... they were so very generous and this was the first time I have worked with their products. I fell in love quick!




Next up are some projects that traveled to the CHA show this winter for Jillibean Soup... I was assigned to work with the Talk Soup line.




and last is a CPS that I forgot to load up... I know it's a bit late being that Valentines day had passed, but I wanted to share still! :)

Love is in the Air...

Grab ya a snack... this is gonna be a long I haven't posted in awhile catch up post...

Well last weekend was the big middle school Valentines dance... man oh man we had loads of fun getting ready for this dance! Each of the kids went with a "date", which made it extra fun to get things ready.
So I have loads of pictures to share!

First up is all three of my babies!!
Morgan (8th grade), Madison (7th), and Mitchell (6th)... yes I have one in each grade in middle school.

We had the kids come out to Michelle's house so we could get some good shots of them before they all headed out to the dance...


and last but not least is my baby girl rockin' it out on the dance floor! LOL


Overall the kids had a blast, even with me chaperoning it (hehe).. it was at our church and I don't think I embarassed them too bad. good night full of memories for the kids for sure!

Now onto some craft stuff!

Today was a fun day for the kids for sure! We are COVERED in snow here in my little part of Texas! Took the kids in to school today and had to turn right around and go and pick them up. Once I got there they had a big ol impromptu snowball fight... so fun to watch them! They don't have to go in till 10 tomorrow, although I'm sure Morgan included in his prayers tonight NO SCHOOL PLEASE.. lol

all right I think I'm all caught up for now.. the days and nights just tend to consist of running so and so here or there... it's busy but fun too!
