Here comes Halloween...

Yep.. it's right around the corner... which means I need to start getting together costumes! The older ones are past the point of getting them the cute little (costly) costumes and are more likely now to just put something funny together in order to be able to get candy. The twins are still fun to dress up... Makenna this year wants to be a superwoman and Matthew already has his Darth Vader costume... so I guess I'm halfway there, which is really a miracle all to itself... I am never on time for costumes... haha!
We had another weekend filled with football and cheer... fun stuff!
Here is a quick (thanks to the printed transparency) layout I put together this weekend using the SOLD OUT "The 31st" kit from Noel Mignon... I love this kit.. it is packed with so many goodies!! Everything from the kit:

No Title...

Yeah I can't think of one... again! :)
Ok so a couple weeks ago we had our Homecoming Pep rally and it was the first of the year for the middle school. It was also Madison's first time to cheer in one. I mentioned Morgan was asked to be in the cheer skit also and so I wanted to share pictures of this... oh my it was funny! They managed to do a stunt and a dance (well if you want to call it that!)... here are a couple shots... keep in mind they are in the gym and it's hard as hell to get a good shot in there! (oh and I was too lazy to "play" with them before uploading them) :)
Not sure if you've noticed lately but I have been a bit in love with my new Scor-Pal I recieved in the mail several weeks ago... oh my.. I think I'm in heaven with it!
If you are a card maker it is great to score your cards and fold them... I haven't made all the possiblities there are (the gatefold etc...).. but I plan too! I lately have been in love with using it with my Core'dinations cardstock. It's a PERFECT combination!I can't seem to stop putting these little lines on my cards, I love the look!! :) Here is last weeks card for CPS #133 we were sponsored by the awesome Zva Creative (oh man I love this company and all it's goodies!!)Core'dinations cardstock, Dream Street Papers- Sam Collection, Zva Creative crystals, Martha Stewart border punches, Jillibean Soup twine, Scor-Pal tool

Here are a couple Jillibean Soup projects I have done lately... I finally got a chance to get these pictures scrapped. I remember as soon as I saw this paper with frogs on it I knew I wanted to use it for these pictures of the kids catching frogs in the backyard a few years ago!

Core'dinations cardstock, Jillibean Soup Split Pea Collection, Basic Grey chipboard, American Crafts brads, Jillibean Soup stickers, Jillibean Soup Journaling Spots, EK Success border punches, Fancy Pants stick pins, Jillibean Soup twine

It's the Big Day!

Today's the big day!Madison's first pep rally and Morgans first football game! I am just nervous as all get out for the pep rally... I think all the 7th graders are. Oh and a fun tidbit Morgan will be a cheerleader for the skit too.. should provide some great photos for pages and to show the Mrs. later on in life! lol

Have you seen the Noel Mignon kits? They seem to sell out each month so I wanted to give you all a heads up that she will hold kits for those customers that are interested in grabbing one early.... they are WELL worth every penny you pay for them I tell ya! If you want to grab one head over to Noel Mignon and send her a private message and she will hold one for you. Here's a couple sneak peeks to help ya along in your decision making ;) Here is a layout I did with the sold out Core Curriculum kit from Noel Mignon. Once I saw this paper with all the arrows I just knew it would be perfect to do a layout about our Go Go Go life!
